10 November, 10:00 – open end (Merseburg, Leuna):
On the first day find out about diverse BioConSepT results in short pitches: improved host strains, itaconic acid production, biosurfactants, separation and purification technologies, and bioreactors amongst others. In the afternoon take the unique opportunity to visit the Fraunhofer CBP pilot plant in Leuna and discuss exploitation opportunities (bus transport organized).
11 November, 9:00 – 13:00 (Merseburg):
The second day is dedicated to results from large-scale demonstration of production of FDCA (2,5-furandicarboxylic acid) and epoxides.
